Rising Stand-Up Comic/Magician LeRoya Sanford Shines On
Penn And Teller’s “Fool Us”
Friday, Nov 12, 2021, at 8 PM (PST) on KTLA ch.5 fast rising comedian/magician LeRoya Sanford will appear on Master Magician's Penn and Teller's hit TV show "Fool Us." Guest on the show are pro magicians who try to stump the host as to how they did their trick. For those not in the LA area, check your local "The CW" Network for air times.
Sanford is a Jr. member of the Academy of Magical Arts at The Magic Castle in Hollywood. She studies with the world's best magicians.
Sanford expressed that she was "eternally grateful" to the show's hosts and producers for allowing her the exciting opportunity to perform and shoot at the one-of-a-kind, state of the art Penn & Teller Theater inside the beautiful and fabulous RIO All Suites Hotel on the world famous Las Vegas Strip last June. The Penn and Teller magic show is a must see while in Vegas and The Rio is the only place to stay and play while in sin city.

Show hosts Penn
and Teller were so impressed with Sanford's magic skills that they had to take a
photo with her on stage after her performance and they want her back on the
show. Notice the giant portrait of Sanford in the background of the stage set.
Shortly afterward, Sanford left the U.S. to relocate to London, U.K. where she is honing her craft to the British audiences and soon across Europe as COVID eases up. And yes, in 4 months she already has a pronounced British accent.
Sanford is a child prodigy stand-up comic. She actually started performing routines on open mic nights in the most famous comedy clubs in Hollywood starting at age nine. Yes, you read that right. By the ripe old age of four, she knew she was a comedian and started telling jokes at family gatherings and wherever else anyone would bother to listen.
