the groundbreaking and history-making dramedy, "The Game,"' which has premiered and aired on three different networks -- that is CW, BET and the recently successful reboot, currently streaming on Paramount Plus. When she’s not on screen, Robinson serves as the co-founder and artistic director of Amazing Grace Conservatory, (AGC), a theatrical training institute, that provides performing, media and digital arts opportunities for youth and young adults ages 5-18 years old in the Los Angeles community for more than 25 years.

Kellie Hawkins – recipient of the Trailblazer Award – is a partner with Englander Knabe and Allen (EKA),  leading the EKA Health Initiatives team. She has held distinguished positions in both the public and private sectors. Before joining EKA, Hawkins served as the chief operating officer for the National Health Foundation (NHF), where she oversaw the day-to-day operational and administrative functions of the organization. At the federal level, Hawkins  worked

for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and advised senior administration officials on fiscal priorities. On a local level,  she served in the administration of former Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa, as executive director of the Commission on the Status of Women. Hawkins also has practical experience in public health, having worked as an epidemiologist for the Los Angeles County Department of Health’s sexually transmitted diseases program.

Audreona R. McRoyrecipient of the Everyday Advocate Award – is an 18-year-old  young lady with special needs. At six years old, she was diagnosed with ADHD, ODD, SPD, and other health impairments. These conditions made it difficult for Audreona to learn in a traditional public school setting as she had difficulty with executive functioning and impulse control Unfortunately, Audreona was labeled by teachers and administrators, as a “troubled kid” who couldn’t learn and who would never achieve academic success. She and her mother, Akilah, who reared her as a single parent, were determined to prove the naysayers wrong. And they did.

Akilah discovered Special Need Networks Parent Advocacy Mentor Program while Audreona was still in elementary school. Using the information from that program, she was able to advocate for a private school placement and other supportive services and therapies including Special Needs Network’s signature camp program Camp JPAC.

Audreona attended Camp JPAC for two consecutive summers. Each year was a godsend for her. Not only did she blossom, she also learned techniques and strategies that helped her to be successful in the classroom. In addition, to Camp JPAC, for over a decade, Audreona has participated in nearly every SNN community event, forum and workshop for children and teens.

In 2021, Audreona graduated from the Girls Academic Leadership STEM Academy with a high school diploma. She currently attends Pierce Community College where she is completing her general educational courses. In two years, she plans to transfer to Cal Polytechnic State University. At Cal Poly, Audreona plans to major in Agriculture and Equine  Science. Her goal is to own a farm and develop a camp for children with special needs

Audreona enjoys container gardening, attending young adult church activities, reading, writing poetry, cooking, shopping and watching Tik tok videos.

She never let other people’s opinions about her or expectations for her define her. Audreona faced every obstacle placed in front of her with grace and even when things were exceedingly hard, she never gave up. She is the epitome of an everyday advocate.
