     Fresh off his highly successful 25-date Piggy North American tour, indie alternative musician Peter McPoland has officially released his 6-song live EP, Piglet Live, featuring performances of tracks recorded and performed across his shows in DC, New York and Chicago. Among the 6 songs on this EP are early fan favorites like “String Lights” and “Eloise”, along with Piggy album tracks “Mold”, “Blue”, “Were You There”, and “Digital Silence.”

      Piglet Live also arrives alongside performance videos for each track, which showcase a new Piggy feel that could previously only be experienced live. These visuals showcase the pure passion that Peter exuded every night on tour with his eccentric dance moves and incredible stage presence, even with a broken foot for most of the run.

      The original 11-track album Piggy, released in August, brilliantly mirrored Peter’s growth artistically, sonically and personally. It showcased his experimentation of grainy electronic production and heavier instrumentation, while his icy melodies alternately captivated and provoked. Peter wrote, recorded, played every instrument, and produced the bulk of the album entirely on his own.

     Always remaining creatively charged, Peter is currently at work on his next project. See you in 2024!
