Actor Kyle Massey Appears To Have been Falsely Set Up In Legal Case

According to hard core and highly provable, documented evidence, actor Kyle Massey was falsely set up in an extortion attempt by a groupie fan, sex club stripper with a checkered past, identified by Massey’s mom as Kindra Andreas of Seattle, Washington.
In a nutshell, Andreas alleges that in 2019 Massey sent her then 13-year-old daughter sexually explicit photos of himself. The truth, according to cell phone records and other legal documents, is that Andreas had an ongoing illicit and illegal sexual affair with a then 16-year-old minor Massey while she was a grown 23-year-old adult 7 years his senior. By law this is statutory rape with Massey being the victim and Andreas being the criminal adult perpetrator.

According to Massey’s mom, Andreas sent emails to her son on the mom’s email asking him to send lude photos of himself to her. As per Andreas’ wish, Massey sent the photos in question to Andreas and NOT the minor daughter with Massey’s mom’s email phone records serving as proof. Andreas vindictively made up the minor daughter’s lie to extort Massey out of 1.5 million dollars after plans for Massey to get the child into acting went awry according to his mom and attorney.

Massey made Rych McCain’s Hollywood Top 10 Youth Actors List two years in a row and has been a member of McCain’s Media Family since childhood. Hopefully laws will be legislated to protect men from these types of false accusations where all a woman must do is yell rape against an innocent man and his name and reputation has to be drug through the mud publicly. Not to mention the legal expense to clear his name.
